NiFe55/45 Filo per saldatura a base Nichel

La lega NiFe55/45 è adatta per la saldatura di tutti i gradi di ghisa, ma in particolare per la grafite sferoidale (SG), la ghisa nodulare o duttile e alcune ghise legate. Fornisce resistenza, duttilità e tenacità compatibili, abbinate a una buona lavorabilità. I materiali di consumo NiFe possono essere utilizzati anche su alcuni ferri austenitici altolegati (Ni-Resist). I gradi di grafite in scaglie vengono saldati con un preriscaldamento di 300-350°C, ma i gradi SG sono meglio imburrati utilizzando tecniche a basso apporto di calore e a bassa temperatura per evitare la rottura a caldo della ZTA. Da notare che le ghise martensi-ticNi-Hard e le ghise bianche sono generalmente considerate non saldabili perché troppo sensibili alle cricche. I materiali di consumo NiFe sono adatti anche per la saldatura di giunti di transizione tra ghisa e acciai fusi, ghisa e acciai dolcemente/bassolegati. I componenti tipici sono basi di macchine, corpi di pompe, blocchi motore, ingranaggi e alloggiamenti di trasmissione.
